L.A. Colors Wet to Dry Makeup:
I'm reviewing another foundation by L.A. Colors, this is Wet to Dry BC 116 Light.
This is like the cream to powder foundations other brands carry. I looked at the website to get more information but, their cream to powder is not the same. So, their Dollar Store product is different from their site and full-size product. The colors/numbers on the site are not the same as the Dollar Store, shown in the photos below

The first thing I noticed about the sponge is, it is soft and easy to use. Also, the foundation was easier to put on and dried pretty quickly.

This is a swatch. I waited to take a photo dry to note a change in color but the swatch is still somewhat tacky. I put it on and it dried to a soft powder finish pretty quickly.

Foundation just put on:

Foundation dry:

First, it did cover light to medium coverage. This color is too light for me so it's a mask on my face. Second, the foundation is not creamy. I had to press to get the product on the sponge.

The foundation is not crayon hard but it's not creamy either. That said, I didn't think it was buildable but it is. I applied again and this is the result.

Second

This dries to a soft powder finish. With primer, powder and setting spray, this product could work well for you.
For a dollar, not bad. I recommend this.
