Hey, Everyone
I hope your day is going well. I'm reviewing again the L.A, Colors Glitter palette.
First, before I get into this, L.A, Colors is a sister brand to L.A. Girl. The brand headquarters are in Ontario, California.
Alright, I looked at videos about glitter palettes and found a video that said to use eye color over the glitter. So, I spent several days using this palette in different ways - alone, with a powder shadow on top and then using my Wet N Wild liquid shadow.
The powder was mixed and I had to pat it on with my brush. The white worked the best, the purple and red didn't. They would start to break up. The Wet N Wild did the best but the first application would start to go so I would apply again on top. It stayed a lot longer after I started using two applications.
The first thing about this product is, the top layer is heavy with glitter, so you think it's like that all the way to the bottom, but it's not.
The green top layer of glitter is heavier, the rest have been used more. Now its glitter in 'gel'. And the top layer isn't thick.
How it looked when I purchased it

How it looks now

The second thing is the goo or gel-like substance sets sometimes and other times not at all.
That said, the glitter goes all the way to the bottom of the pan.
If the gel set no matter where this was applied, it would be excellent, especially with the different glitter colors that come in the palettes.
I used my primer every time I used the palette to make sure of staying power. Then I used a powder shadow, then liquid. These photos are the best I did get while working with it.
Glitter used in every photo is holographic.

I think the photos of just the glitter and my liner look pretty good.
Wet N Wild did pretty well. But, I had to reapply and then apply again.
And, using setting spray did not help. So, if I do use this again, it will be just that for eye color and my liner.
So, my thoughts are, if you want to try this, use it alone or on your at the top of your lid and the lower lid for eye color.
Also, body glitter.
Alright, Everyone, this is it for this product. I have many more on the way and vlogs. New things are on the way...
Stay Tuned Everyone!
For now, have a great evening and I will see you in my next post.
